1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Warrantedtrustw Yoga Studio ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Warrantedtrustw Yoga Studio provides:

• Group Hatha Yoga classes
• Private yoga instruction
• Yoga workshops and special events
• Online class booking and information services
• Yoga-related educational content

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Health and Safety

By participating in yoga classes, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically capable of participating in yoga activities
• You will inform instructors of any injuries, limitations, or health conditions
• You participate at your own risk and within your personal limits
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by instructors

Conduct Guidelines

You agree to:

• Treat all instructors, staff, and other students with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and wear suitable clothing
• Keep personal belongings secure
• Follow studio rules and guidelines
• Not disrupt classes or other students' practice

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Class Bookings

• Advance Booking: Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system or by phone
• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• Capacity Limits: Classes have maximum capacity limits for safety and quality
• Waitlist: If classes are full, you may join a waitlist

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Pricing: All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice
• Late Payments: Overdue accounts may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or credit for future classes
• 12-24 Hours Notice: 50% refund or partial credit
• Less than 12 Hours: No refund, but may reschedule based on availability
• No Show: No refund or credit

Studio Cancellations

If we cancel a class due to instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances:

• Full refund or credit for future classes
• We will notify you as soon as possible
• Alternative class times may be offered

Pass and Package Refunds

• Monthly passes are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase
• Unused portions may be credited for future use in exceptional circumstances
• Medical circumstances may warrant special consideration

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

• Yoga practice involves inherent risks of injury
• You are solely responsible for determining your fitness level
• You will not hold the studio liable for any injuries or health issues
• You should consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program

Medical Conditions

You must inform your instructor if you have:

• Recent injuries or chronic pain conditions
• Pregnancy or recent childbirth
• Heart conditions or high blood pressure
• Any condition that may affect your ability to practice safely

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Warrantedtrustw Yoga Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for personal property loss or theft
• Students participate in all activities at their own risk

Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all students maintain appropriate health and personal property insurance coverage.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Photography and Media

Occasionally, we may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such use unless you specifically opt out.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Warrantedtrustw Yoga Studio, including but not limited to:

• Yoga sequences and instruction methods
• Written materials and handouts
• Audio and video recordings
• Website content and design
• Logo and branding materials

Are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without express written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To harass, abuse, insult, or discriminate against others
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload viruses or malicious code to our systems
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• For commercial purposes without our written consent

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our business interests.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• Prepaid but unused services may be refunded at our discretion
• You remain liable for all charges incurred up to termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or prominent website notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
